Donald Moorehead is a partner at the Washington, D.C. law firm and lobbyist group, Patton Boggs. Mr. Moorehead serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and specializes in financial products and transactions, U.S. taxation of multinational business enterprises, corporate acquisitions, and electronic commerce. Mr. Moorehead also works on US regulatory and legislative initiatives involving federal tax issues; the regulation of financial products; and matters affecting investment funds, financial institutions and broker-dealers. He also represents clients in connection with Congressional investigations involving tax and financial issues. Prior to joining Patton Boggs, Moorehead served as Chief Republican Counsel to the Committee on Finance of the U.S. Senate and also as General Counsel and Vice President of the Tax Department of Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation.
