U.S. Congressman Luis Gutierrez's Political

alderman, served in Congress with Governor Rod Blagojevich from
1997 through 2002. He was an early endorser of Blagojevich's gubernatorial
candidacy, and has appeared in Spanish-language television ads for
Blagojevich. Congressman Gutierrez sits on the executive committee
for the Hispanic Caucus Institute.
