House Republican Leader Tom Cross' political action committee, Citizens to Elect Tom Cross, was formed in the Spring of 1992. As chair of the House Republican Caucus, Rep. Cross also controls the House Republican Organization, formed in January, 2003; and the Illinois House Victory Fund, formed in January, 2004.
