Judge gives final order in Senate special election

CHICAGO —
A federal judge has spelled out who will be on a special election ballot for President Barack Obama's old U.S. Senate seat.

The judge made official Monday what had largely been spelled out in court last week. Illinoisans will vote twice for Senate on Nov. 2 in both special and regular elections.

Everyone wants to know: What's going on behind closed doors where the Blagojevich jurors are deliberating?

Few people know the pressure of deciding a high-profile case, CBS 2's Roseanne Tellez reports.

On Monday, Tellez interviewed two people who served on the jury in the trial of former Gov. George Ryan, which ended in a guilty verdict in 2006. Ryan is serving a federal prison sentence.
