The Will County State’s Attorney’s Office has been asked to investigate whether county board member Kathleen Konicki used her county e-mail account and laptop for political purposes.
In an e-mail sent from Konicki’s county account, she urged people to vote against Homer Glen Mayor Jim Daley in the April 5 election because he did not oppose the Will County Forest Preserve District’s deer culling program in Messenger Woods.
